Tuesday 10th, 17th and 24th January
6.30-8pm – Tribal Style Bellydance
So you want to be a tribal belly dancer? Whether its improvised and fusion style bellydance, come and learn the key foundation movements of tribal bellydance style. Drill the fundamental movements, learn technique and musculature of each component and dance/jam out combinations. Think regal posture, clean and controlled shoulder and hip shimmies, steps/travelling to get you moving, turns etc.
Thursday 5th,12th and 19th January
6.30-8pm – Tribal Fusion Conditioning, Drills and Combinations
Want to hone your musculature and refine and really embody the serpentine tribal fusion aesthetic? We’ll connect and develop the deep musculature of the body with conditioning drills and exercises, and breakdown, jam and experiment with bellydance isolations and combinations to find your inner slink!
Please note, all classes include a yoga warm up/cool down, so please bring your yoga mat!! No choreography! Just jam, drill, dance, get sweaty!
1.5hr classes $25 / $70 for 3 class block or sign up for all for $130
