It’s been a busy and inspiring few months off the back of performances and workshops at Rainbow Serpent Festival 2015 (including another impromptu performance with live band Ganga Giri on the Playground Stage) and sellout Summer workshops and Term 1 classes.
In Tuesday night weekly classes in Ivanhoe this term have been working on a choreography to the emotive song by Filastine “Gendjer 2 (featuring the enigmatic vocals of Indonesian singer Nova – also known for her work with Beats Antique), whilst some of our more intermediate dancers have been working in a small group with me at our Mill Park Allawah Oasis, on a fast-paced 40’s jazz age fusion choreo.
We will be presenting these works as a small ensemble at the following events:

Assuit & Tie Club, Sunday 19 April, The Grace Space, 274 St Kilda Road, St Kilda
