Persian dance is movement with meaning. For thousands of years, Iranians have used movement in rituals, celebrations and everyday life to express emotion, connection and storytelling.
In this workshop, participants explore graceful Persian movements, expressive hand gestures, flowing lines and rhythmic footwork inspired by regional traditions.
The workshop also introduces elements of Sufi spinning, where movement symbolizes connection, generosity and compassion — reminding us how dance can unite body, mind and spirit.
No previous dance experience is required — just curiosity and joy in movement.
